Nach Erstellung einer Gold-Meisterschaft, werden wir alle Manager die Zeit und das Datum, an dem es erstellt wurde, über eine Benachrichtigung wissen lassen.

When are Spielwelten created?
Spielwelten are created randomly throughout the day by members of our community who have purchased them via Upgrades.

I think there is a cheat in my Setup?
If you think a manager has broke the Terms and Conditions or the SM Code of Conduct which forms part of the same then please send Soccer Manager a support ticket with full details of the manager(s) in question, and we will look into this and take the appropriate action.

Warum wird mein Setup geschlossen?
Ein Setup kann am Ende einer Saison dauerhaft geschlossen werden, wenn das Setup von der SMFA verwaltet wird und sich nur noch maximal ein Trainer in diesem befindet. Falls die Schließung eines Setups bevorsteht, wird auf der Startseite eine Warnung angezeigt.

Warum hat mich die SMFA vom Zutritt zu einem Setup ausgeschlossen?
Wenn du von einem Setup ausgeschlossen bist, dann ist das so, weil die SMFA einen Grund dazu hat zu glauben, dass du in diesem Setup entweder bereits einen Account hast und/oder mit einem Account in Verbindung gebracht werden kannst.

Warum will mich der Präsident innerhalb des Setups nicht anstellen?
Der Präsident wird nachschauen wie viele Vereine du in einem bestimmten Setup übernommen hast. Es ist unwahrscheinlich, dass dich der Präsident anstellt, wenn du andauernd deinen Verein in einem bestimmten Setup wechselst oder Vereine nur für kurze Zeit trainierst.

There is a manager in my Setup who never responds to my bids?
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in relation to this as we can't force any manager to participate within the transfer market.

What happens at the end of the season?
Once the last league fixture has been played, the Setup enters into preseason and 16 days later the opening day's fixture for the new season will be played.

Can I transfer Spielwelten to a friends account?
You can't transfer Spielwelten between any two accounts. However, if you would like to purchase a product via Upgrades for your friend then you can do so using the Gift facility.

Kann ich einen Verein an einen Freund übergeben?
Du kannst keinen Verein auf ein anderes Konto übertragen.

How do I manage my favourite club?
If you can't find your favourite club please manage an alternative club and then check again as Spielwelten are created randomly on a daily basis. Alternatively you can go to Upgrades and purchase your very own Setup and on creation you can choose the first club in it!

Could you reserve me a club?
We cannot reserve any club for any of our members. Numerous Spielwelten are created throughout the day at random times and you also have the option to purchase a Standard-Setup via Upgrades.
